I made my way there, and everyone was at the counter talking. I asked for some help and they kept talking about other things. I then said "excuse me, but I really need help locating some nails. I'm trying to fix a dog house. " they told me to wait or go look for it myself.
Never been to a more rude place. I called before I came because they were 18 miles away, and simply asked if they carry nails to build a dog house. Not only was the guy being rude but he acted as though I was dumb for asking. When I asked what the cheapest price was he said 6.99 a pound. High.
So I took my business elsewhere to a place called kings hardware. Ps, it was only .99 cents at kings per pound and they were nice.
These people are awesome. Better than anyplace else. Customer service is top notch. Cannot say enough good things about the jamestown location
