Called to get my immunization records and they have lost them. Rather than be helpful person on the phone said I could check with the board of education and that I had been there before she started working there. Accepted no responsibility. Good to know they are in charge of such important records.
Apparently they close at 4:30 but don't answer phones after 4:20. Oh well, Jamestown Health Dept didn't answer their phone either at 4:10.
