This is a wonderful facility. My grandmother was here and and the staff were friendly, the facility was clean, and the food was wonderful. Thank you to the fantastic staff at Signature Healthcare of Fentress County!!!!
I think that it is very dirty and people there don't get treated like thay shold . They have one RN the residents only get a shower every 3 days if they are lucky and have doctor comes in only once a month and that is only for the poeple that are on their death bed and that is even rare. The showers aren't fit for pets even and did i mention that they allow pets of any kind Trust me my grandfather and my great Aunt are in there but we had no choice but to put them in there. If you have someone elderly I don't urge you to put them in there.
